Going Within

Meditation is the practice of taking the mind from its current consciousness into a deeper state of awareness and relaxation, often thought of as the separation of the mind from the body. The purpose of meditation is to clear the mind of the clutter and frustration that blocks it up through the day, allowing it to step into a state of placid calm where it can reconnect with the natural vibes of the world around it.
